Many outplacement providers focus narrowly on tools, strategies, and goals – but forget the human being behind.
I increasingly meet leaders who, after a traditional outplacement process, quickly find a new job – only to later feel the same frustration, fatigue, and longing for something more meaningful, or find themselves facing the same challenges again.

When experience becomes insight
In my independent practice for more than 25 years, I have conducted over 20-25,000 individual sessions
and numerous workshops across industries and organizational levels – for both Danish and international companies, the public sector, and municipalities.
Often starting from complex situations with clear goals – within areas such as organizational development, executive leadership, outplacement, onboarding, trauma processing, mindset training, and personal growth.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of the patterns that emerge when people stand in transition – and of how awareness and strategy can unite in practice, so development becomes both human and measurable.

From life experience to life purpose
My career began in the financial sector, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, development, structure, and performance. For the past 25+ years in my independent practice, I have focused on people in transition, leadership, and the creative mindset.
But life also brought experiences that changed everything – a serious accident, an out-of-body experience,
and the loss of my mother under violent and senseless circumstances. These events opened my intuitive senses and my awareness of life’s greater coherence.
I have learned that even in the most challenging situations, we can meet life with insight, courage, and consciousness – and that meaning can emerge even within the incomprehensible. This insight has shaped my ability to support others – both professionally and existentially.
I unite analytical clarity with intuitive depth –
a quality that today defines my approach as a Holistic Mentor & Processor.
