Why THE INNER ROOM
For almost three decades, my work has centered around people in transition. Thousands of conversations with leaders and executives have shown me that the most defining moments rarely begin when the answers that one made sense no longer feel sufficient.
I know that place professionally. I also know it personally.
Life has brought me through experiences I could never have planned for – Moments that challenged what I thought I knew, what I identified with and how I understood direction and meaning.
Over time, I began to see something differently.
What can initially feel like disruption may also reveal what has been forming beneath the surface for years. The patterns. The learning. What no longer belongs. And what has become increasingly clear.
THE INNER ROOM grew from that understanding.
